Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship exclusively within the continental United States.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • International destinations

We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Neuro Stream is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.
